If you would like to pay for your service with the same card used for booking, please bring the card with you as we only have the ability to charge you the $45.00 cancellation fee.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: If you are late to your appointment, your massage may be shortened due to a full schedule, we will accommodate if time allows. You are responsible for the full payment amount of the originally scheduled service.

SICKNESS POLICY: We ask if you are not feeling well to please cancel or reschedule your appointment. Receiving a massage while being sick with a common cold or virus can worsen your symptoms and spread to the therapist/other clients.

INFORMED CONSENT: Prior to every massage, your treatment plan will be discussed with you. Before your first massage you will be required to read and sign a consent form stating that you have read and understand the information.

EXISTING AND NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS: A medical history/intake form is required to be filled out prior to your first massage. It is the responsibility of the client to keep the therapist informed and updated on any medical treatments or changes in health.
